About this application

Know which sent quotes still wait for a signature, and what to send next. The app reads the quotes you sent from PandaDoc and keeps those that are not signed. It flags the ones the client opened so you can call, decides by rule which follow-up of your cadence is due (days after sending, 2, 5 and 10 by default), and writes a short draft for each from the quote's own facts: the client, the document title, and the total and scope when your template has tokens for them. It never invents a price, a discount or a deadline. Each quote becomes a card on your Quote board (Engaged, Follow-up due, Waiting, Gone quiet, Signed, Lost) and stays there until it is signed or lost. Settings: period, follow-up days, number of quotes, how long an opening counts, email or short text, language, tone, your company, sign-off, the PandaDoc token names, preview only. Needs PandaDoc (read access, an API key). Drafts only: nothing is sent and nothing is changed in PandaDoc.
