About this application
Reads the customer purchase orders that arrive in your mailbox, or the PDFs you drop, and copies every value exactly as printed: buyer, PO number, dates, ship-to and every line with its SKU, quantity and price. Paste your price list and each order is checked for unknown SKUs, prices off your list, lines or totals that do not add up, PO numbers received twice and missing fields. Every order becomes a card on your Purchase Orders board (To check, Ready to enter, Entered) with the sales order draft ready to copy into your ERP. Settings: look back, orders per run, mailbox folder, your company name, price tolerance, where clean orders go, preview only, read again. An IMAP mailbox is needed only for the mailbox option, or just drop PDFs. Nothing is written to your accounting or ERP system.
