About this application
Plans your weekly supplier payment run. Paste your open bills (supplier, invoice number, dates, amount, terms, approval status) or read the bills of Xero, then type the cash you can spend and the minimum to keep. Overdue bills and bills due before the next run come first, an early-payment discount such as 2/10 net 30 is taken when its yearly return beats your threshold, bills that are not approved or are disputed are held, and what does not fit slips to the next run with the reason. Each bill is a card on your Payment run board (Proposed, Held, Slips to next week, Not due yet, Approved, Paid), and a short note is ready for the person who approves the run. Rules decide every amount, never the AI, and the note is checked against the computed figures. Early-payment terms and disputed bills are typed in the settings, because no accounting tool exposes them. Settings: minimum yearly return for a discount, weekly or two-weekly runs, bills without a status held or approved, currency, language of the note, preview only. Xero is needed only for the Xero option. Nothing is paid, sent or changed in your accounting.
