About this application
Hold your customers to the dates they promised to pay. Paste your customers' replies and your open-invoice export: an AI step finds each promise to pay and copies it word for word, then code checks the quote, works out the date and the amount in whole cents, and judges the promise on your export: Kept, Partly kept, Due now, Open or Broken. A broken, partly kept or due promise gets a follow-up draft in your tone and language, with every name, date and amount filled in by code. Each promise is a card on your Promise board; paste a fresh export on the next run and every promise is judged again, so a late payment turns Broken into Kept. Settings: days of grace, how a missing invoice counts, tone, language, signature, replies per run (up to 30), check-as-of date, preview only. No account is needed. Nothing is sent: you copy each follow-up and send it yourself. To send reminders by days overdue for every unpaid invoice, see Invoice Chaser. Reading Xero comes later: one page of invoices cannot prove that a missing invoice is paid.
