About this application
Find the help articles that your recent tickets and release notes now contradict. Paste your help articles (title, link, last updated, text) and your recent tickets and release notes, or read Zendesk Guide and tickets (the 30 articles updated longest ago and the 100 latest tickets). For each article, an AI step finds the sentences that a ticket or a release note says the opposite of. Code then checks both quotes word for word, counts how many tickets hit the same contradiction, ranks the articles by impact (tickets, release notes and article age) and marks each one Up to date, Review or Rewrite, with the sentence to put instead. Each flagged article becomes a card on your Fix board (To fix, Fixing, Fixed, Dismissed) and cards you already moved keep their column. Settings: period, articles checked, tickets needed, when to rewrite, language, house style, preview only. Needs your pasted export, or Zendesk with read access; release notes are pasted. Nothing is published or written to Zendesk. Known limits: a contradiction that shares no word with its article is not found, and Zendesk gives no article links.
