About this application
Catch the orders that cannot ship yet, before they go out. Each check reads your open Shopify orders that are waiting to ship (up to 50 per check, placed in the last 1 to 14 days) and finds the ones that cannot go out as they are, by clear rules and no AI: an address that fails simple checks (no house number, a postal code in the wrong format, a PO box if you want those flagged), a missing phone number for the carrier, an item whose stock shows less than zero, and the risk flag from Shopify's own analysis (read apart: if Shopify does not give it, the other checks still run). Each order gets the reason, the next step for your team and a message to the customer, ready to copy, in the customer's language; when Shopify flags an order the message is a neutral verification request and never mentions the flag. Every order is a card on your Order Exceptions board (To resolve, Waiting for customer, Cleared, Not an issue): a second check never adds a second card, a card you moved keeps its column, and a card is cleared when the order ships or is fixed. In Settings: window, checks to run, risk level, PO boxes, language, tone, signature, what you promise and what you offer for a short item, preview only. Needs Shopify (read access to orders, products and inventory). Nothing is ever sent to your customers, and nothing is edited, cancelled or refunded in Shopify.
