About this application

Find every account a leaver still has in your tools, and confirm each removal. Paste the people who are leaving (name, e-mail, last day, manager, and the handles they use) and an access export from each tool: Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub or any other. Rules match each leaver's accounts by e-mail, alias or exact name, set a removal date from the last day, and flag what needs a look first: an admin or owner account, an account found by name only, an account used after the last day. An AI step only writes a short handover note per leaver from those facts, and the code checks it. Every account becomes a card on your Access Removals board (Check first, To remove, Removed, Keep). Paste fresh exports later and accounts that are gone are confirmed Removed, while one marked Removed but still active comes back to Check first. Settings: removal delay (overall or per tool), other company domains, roles that need a check, exact name matching, date order, leavers per run, language of the notes, preview only. No account is needed: it reads pasted exports, not Slack or Google Workspace directly (that comes later). Nothing is removed, suspended or deleted.
