About this application
Turn the duties in your contracts into dated, owned items. Paste a contract, or several separated by a line with === (text only, up to 10 per run), and say which company you are. The app lists what each party must do (reports, insurance certificates, payments, service levels, notices) and quotes the contract sentence behind every duty, checked word for word against your text. The due dates are counted by code from the quoted terms: business days, calendar days, months, the end of a month or quarter, an anniversary, notice before the end of the term. When a term is ambiguous, such as promptly or from the date of an invoice, the duty goes to Needs a person instead of a guess. Every date is a card on your Obligations board (Overdue, Due soon, Needs a person, Upcoming, Later, Standing, Done) with an owner you set by kind of duty, and a repeating duty keeps its next dates: run it again with no new text and the dates move by themselves. Done, owners and notes you set by hand are never rewritten. Settings: how many next dates, how far back missed dates show, the due soon window, date order, days off, language, contracts per run, skip or read again, and preview only. Needs no account. Nothing is sent, signed or filed, and it is not legal advice. For a renewal calendar across all your contracts, see Renewal Deadline Radar; to review a contract before signing it, see Contract Risk Reviewer.
