About this application
Read the tickets that reach you in another language and answer each customer in their own language. Paste your tickets or read the open tickets of your Zendesk: every ticket is translated into your language with a one-line summary and flags on tone or meaning. Write your reply in your language and get it back in the customer's language, with a literal re-read so you can see what the customer will read. Order numbers, amounts, dates, links and codes are found by code, kept as written and checked in both directions, and so are your glossary and the formal or informal way of addressing the customer. Each ticket becomes a card on your Desk board (Check first, Needs reply, Reply ready, Sent) and a ticket already there is never added twice. Settings: source, your language, tickets per run, glossary, names to keep as written, address form, literal re-read, preview only. Nothing is sent and nothing is written in Zendesk: you copy the reply. Pasted tickets need no account; Zendesk needs read access to tickets.
