About this application
Know which new HubSpot leads are still waiting for a first contact, and how fast each rep answers. The app reads your new leads (up to 100, newest first) and the history of their first contact, then measures the time to first contact by rule, no AI: per lead and per rep, in calendar or business hours, against a target you set (5 minutes to 1 day). It lists the leads nobody has contacted yet and flags those past the target, shows the median time and the share within target for each rep, and writes a one-line suggested first message for each waiting lead from the lead's own form fields, never inventing a price or an offer. One digest is ready for your sales manager: post it to a Slack channel, or keep it as a draft. Each waiting lead becomes a card on your Response board (Overdue, Waiting, Contacted, Ignored) and stays there until someone contacts it. Settings: period, target, number of leads, lifecycle stages, imports left out, business hours and time zone, clock start, language, tone, your company in one line, HubSpot account number for links, preview only. Needs HubSpot (read access to contacts and owners); Slack is optional. Nothing is changed in HubSpot.
