About this application
Check every job applicant against your knockout questions and sort them into Shortlist, Review and Not a fit. You set up a job once: right to work, start date, areas the job covers, minimum experience, highest salary and a must-have certificate, each with its expected answer. Applicants answer the same questions on a public Apply form, with one short free-text answer. Each rule is checked in code and shown with its reason, so you always see why. The applicant's free-text answer is summarized and quoted, with every quote checked word for word against what they wrote, and a polite reply is drafted in your language and tone. Nothing is ever sent: you decide what goes out. Each applicant becomes a card on your Applicants board (Shortlist, Review, Not a fit) and a person who moved a card keeps it there. Settings: job title and code, the six rules with their tolerances, whether a clear miss goes to Not a fit or to Review, whether the reply names the unmet requirement, language, tone and signature. No account to connect. The public Apply form takes applications once you have made the app Live.
