About this application

Know what a customer's invoice dispute is worth before you credit anything. Paste your customers' dispute messages (up to 50 per check), the lines of the invoices they dispute (invoice, customer, line, description, quantity, unit price, tax rate, and optionally the delivered quantity and the agreed price) and your credit rules: the most you credit for each reason, and who approves above it. Each complaint is quoted word for word by an AI step and checked against your lines by code, not by AI: a quantity claim, a price claim, a duplicate charge, a wrong tax rate or a missing PO. A claim is supported only when your pasted line holds the proof, the delivered quantity or the agreed price: the customer's word alone never creates a credit. The credit is worked out in whole cents and compared with your limit for that reason, so it is either ready to resolve or waiting for the approver you named. The AI drafts the reply from the checked facts only; instructions hidden in a customer's message are ignored. Each dispute is a card on your Disputes board (Needs a person, Approval needed, Ready to resolve, Waiting for customer, Not supported, Closed) with its quote, its checks, the credit, the next step and the reply ready to copy. A second check never adds a second card, and a card you moved or closed keeps its column. Settings: allowed tax rates, currency, language and tone of the replies, your signature, messages per check, and preview only. No account is needed. Nothing is credited, sent or posted: you issue the credit note and send the reply yourself. To chase late payers, see Invoice Chaser; for subscription refunds, see Refund Desk. Reading the invoice straight from Xero comes in a later version.
