About this application
Find interview times that suit the candidate and every interviewer. Type your interviewers (name, e-mail, time zone, the hours they can interview, an optional focus and daily maximum) and your candidates (name, e-mail, time zone, the times they can do, a note). For each candidate the app finds the times where everyone is free, shown in each person's own time zone, with a buffer between interviews and a limit of interviews per interviewer per day. All of it is computed in code, so you always see why a time was kept or refused. A draft invite and a short prep note for each interviewer are written in your language and tone: nothing is ever booked or sent. Each candidate becomes a card on your Interview board (Needs input, No common slot, Slots ready, Booked) and a booked card keeps its time. One interview with the whole panel per run. Optional: read the free times of your panel from Cal.com (its multi-person behaviour is unverified until a real account is connected). No account is needed to start.
