About this application
Turn the alert lines, the chat export and the status page updates of one incident into a verified timeline and a blameless postmortem draft. Paste one incident (one event per line, each starting with its time, any order, any zone) with the service and its severity. Code places every event in UTC, counts detection, first response, resolution and the customer-impact window from the events a quote proves, and says n/a when the material cannot support a duration. A writing step drafts the summary, impact, contributing factors, what went well and the action items, each with the exact sentence behind it, checked word for word against your text; people appear as roles unless you keep their names, and no cause, number or time is invented. A line that gives orders to an AI is ignored and flagged. Each action item is a card on your Actions board (Open, then Done when you say so). Paste the same incident again and the postmortem is rebuilt from your saved items with no new writing. Settings: service, severity scale, names or roles, incident date, time zone, team roles, impact times, language, and preview only. Needs no account. Nothing is posted or created in another tool. During the incident itself, see Incident Room.
