About this application
Paste the stage history your ATS exports (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or any other: one row per candidate and stage with candidate, role, stage, date and source, or one date column per stage) and get your weekly hiring report for every open role. The app counts, in code, the applicants of the week against the week before, the share of candidates who move on from each stage, the median days they spend in each stage and the candidates who have not moved for a while, and shows which sources convert. Three actions for the week are written from those figures only: any number the writer uses that is not in your data replaces the action by a plain sentence. Each role becomes a card on your Roles board (Needs attention, On track, Filled, On hold) with its weekly history, and a card you set to Filled or On hold stays there. Settings: week, stage order, when a candidate is stuck, when a role is flagged, the stage a source must reach, weeks of applicants used for the rates, smallest group, roles to include, date format, language, preview only. No account to connect: nothing is read from or written to your ATS.
