About this application
Find the questions your customers keep asking that your help center does not answer, and get the missing articles outlined in their own words. The app reads your Zendesk tickets of the last 7 days (or 14, 30, 90), or the questions you paste (your chatbot's unanswered questions export works), groups the same question asked in different words and counts it, then checks each one against your help center articles from Zendesk Guide (every article, through your public help center), a Notion database or a pasted list: missing, incomplete, or answered where customers do not find it. The most asked gaps get an article outline: a title in the customers' words, the sections to write, the words customers use, and the facts to confirm before publishing. Every quote is checked word for word against the tickets. Each gap becomes a card on your Gap board (To write, Writing, In review, Published) and cards you already moved keep their column. Settings: period, how many tickets, how often a question must be asked, your help center sections, outlines to write, language, house style, preview only. Needs Zendesk (or a pasted list); Notion is optional. Nothing is written to Zendesk or Notion.
