About this application
Plan every new hire's first weeks from your own checklists. Paste who is joining (name, role, team, start date, manager, location) and your checklist for each role, team or everyone: task, owner, and business days before or after the start. Rules date every task (weekends and your holidays are skipped), pick the tasks that fit the role, the team and Remote or Office, name the owner (the manager is the new hire's manager) and set the lane from the due date: Overdue, Due this week or Upcoming. An AI step only writes a short briefing for the manager from those facts, and the code checks it. Every task becomes a card on your Checklist board. Run it again (leave the new hires empty to check everyone) and the lanes move, tasks you added to a template appear, and a moved start date re-dates the open tasks, while Done and Skipped stay yours and are never ticked for you. Settings: date used, holidays, who owns what, new hires per run, briefing on or off and its language, preview only. No account is needed: it plans from the lists you paste. Nothing is ordered, sent or created in BambooHR, Asana, Slack or Google.
