About this application
Sort every urgent job request before it costs you a customer. Type a request or paste a batch of messages from your customers (web form, texts, emails): the app reads their words with rules you can read and sorts each request into Emergency, Today or Scheduled. A gas smell is always an Emergency and shows the gas emergency line. It names the technician on call from the rota you paste, quotes each customer's address and problem word for word, and drafts the reply with your arrival window. Every request is a card on your Job board: Emergency, Today, Scheduled, Done. Nothing is ever sent: you copy the reply and the note for the technician. In Settings: your rota and time zone, your own words for each level, the arrival windows, the reply texts in your language and, optionally, the texts received on your Twilio number. No account is needed to start: Twilio is only used to read received texts.
