About this application
Paste the applications your ATS exports (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or any other: name, email, phone, role, applied date and time, and the cover letter text if you have it) and find the applicants who applied more than once and the texts sent in bulk. In code, the app finds the same person across roles and dates (email without tags, phone in E.164, a close name with close contact details), groups the applications and proposes which one to keep. It also flags the same text sent to several roles, to unrelated roles or by different applicants, and bursts of applications. A short neutral explanation is written for each group from the computed facts only (no name, email or text is sent to the AI step) and checked by code. Each group is a card on your Review board (To review, Approved, Merged in ATS, Not a duplicate): a card you move keeps its stage and your note, and the same export adds no duplicate. Copy the merge list to do the merges in your ATS. Settings: applications per run, application to keep, name and text similarity, bursts, shared text, shared mailboxes, date format, language, preview only. No account to connect: nothing is merged, sent or deleted, and no ATS is read or written.
