About this application

Wake up your old leads and past customers without writing to the wrong people. Paste the export of your old contacts (name, email, company, last contact date, last stage or outcome, notes, unsubscribed) and write your offer in one line. Each contact is put in a segment by your own words (stale lead, lost deal or past customer) and you see how long it has been quiet. Opted-out contacts, bounced emails, notes that say stop, contacts without a valid email and contacts reached recently are never written to. Every other contact gets one short personal email that quotes only your own old note: the quote is checked word for word in the note, the name, company, offer and link are filled by code, and any number, discount or promise that is not in your offer line is refused and replaced by an email the app writes itself. An instruction hidden in a note is removed, never followed. Every contact is a card on your Reactivation board (Ready, Review, Contacted, Replied, Skipped) and a contact already there is never added twice; a newer export moves a card to Skipped when the person opted out, bounced or was reached since. Copy any email, or all emails as a CSV. Settings: your offer, who writes, booking link, quiet days, date order, your words for past customers, lost deals and stop notes, language, tone, email length, new contacts per run, preview only. No account is needed to start. Nothing is ever sent. For cold prospecting lists, see Follow-up Campaign; after a trade show, see Event Lead Follow-up. A text message step and a day-7 follow-up come later.
