About this application

Know which damaged parcels you can still claim from the carrier, and what to tell your customer. Paste your customers' damage reports (up to 50 per check) and your claim rules for each carrier: the days you have to file after delivery, the photos it asks for, whether the box must be kept and the highest value it covers. Each report is checked by clear rules, not by AI: the deadline counted from delivery, the missing proof, the box, the value limit and the amount to claim in exact cents. The AI only reads each message (the damage in the customer's own words, checked word for word, the box, what the customer wants) and drafts the carrier claim and the customer's reply from the checked facts; instructions hidden in a report are ignored. Photo links are counted, never opened. Each report is a card on your Claims board (Needs a person, Ready to file, Waiting for customer, Not claimable, Filed) with its checks, the amount, the next step and both texts ready to copy. A second check never adds a second card, and a card you moved or filed keeps its column. Orders can be read in Shopify (optional, read only; its field names are verified only on a real store) or taken from what you paste: pasted reports need no Shopify connection. Nothing is filed with a carrier, nothing is sent to your customers and nothing is refunded or changed in Shopify: you paste the claim in your carrier's portal. For a return or exchange, see Returns Request Desk.
