About this application
Turn the booking confirmations of a trip into a client-ready itinerary. Paste each confirmation as it came (flights, hotels, trains, transfers, activities), with the traveller's name, a trip name and your home time zone. An AI step copies the dates, times, places and confirmation number of each booking and code checks every copied word against your text, so a time is never invented. You get the trip day by day with every time kept in its own place and zone, and a short list of what to check before you send: a night with no hotel, a connection shorter than your minimum, an arrival after the hotel's check-in limit, a flight with no transfer to or from the hotel. Each booking is a card on your Itinerary board (To send, Changed, Sent, Cancelled). Paste only a changed booking later and the app rebuilds the whole itinerary from the board and lists what changed, before and after, ready to send. Instructions hidden in a booking are ignored.
