About this application
Turn first-notice-of-loss calls into claim files that say exactly what is still missing. Paste each claim call (a transcript or your own notes, one block per call) and your checklist per claim type: the facts and the documents you need. An AI step quotes what the claimant said for each item (claimant, policy number as said, date and place of loss, what happened, other parties, injuries, police report, photos), and code checks every quote word for word, turns dates like last Tuesday into real dates, lists what your checklist still lacks and writes the questions to ask the claimant from the missing items only. A document the caller only promised stays missing. Each claim becomes a card on your Claims board (Incomplete or Ready for adjuster, and you move it to Sent to adjuster); a later call on the same claim completes only what is missing and never rewrites what was found or a stage you moved. With no checklist, 9 built-in facts are checked. Lines that give orders to an AI are removed before it reads. Needs no account. Nothing is filed or sent, and the app never decides coverage or liability: Ready for adjuster only means your checklist is covered. For damaged parcels, see Damage Claim Desk.
