About this application
Know how many months of cash you have left. Type your cash on hand (or let Plaid read your bank accounts) and the app reads the last 3 and 6 full months of your QuickBooks profit and loss: it gives your average monthly net burn, your runway in months, the date the cash would run out, how cash, burn and runway moved since the last month on record, and what a planned hire or cost cut would change. Everything is computed with plain rules you set, no AI: Alert under your runway level, Watch under a second one. Three lines of commentary are written from the computed figures only, never a cause as a fact. Each month stays as a card on your Cash Runway board (Alert, Watch, Healthy, Reviewed): a later check in the month updates the card, and a card you moved to Reviewed stays there until the runway gets worse. Optionally one Slack message when the runway gets worse. Settings: cash source, hires and cost cut to test, burn basis, alert and watch levels, currency, accounts to leave out, language, Slack channel, preview only. Burn is the net loss of the profit and loss as booked (accrual), and Plaid reads one bank link. Needs QuickBooks (read access to reports); Plaid and Slack are optional. Nothing is changed in QuickBooks or at your bank.
