About this application
Match the payments that reached your bank to the invoices your customers still owe. Paste your bank lines (date, bank description, amount) and your open invoices (customer, number, dates, amount due), or let Plaid read the bank and Xero the invoices. The rules find the invoice a payment names, the one with exactly its amount, or the set of invoices one transfer adds up to, including partial, short and extra payments. Only what no rule settles goes to an AI step, which proposes invoices that code then checks against yours: an AI proposal is never Matched. Each payment becomes a card on your Cash Application board (Matched, To review, Unmatched) with the reason, and you copy the matched ones as CSV. Settings: tolerance, days after the due date, currency, payments per run, bank names you know, AI proposals on or off, language of the reasons, preview only. Plaid and Xero are needed only for their options. Nothing is posted to your books.
