About this application
Remind every Calendly client before their appointment and win back no-shows. Each check reads your Calendly bookings and the replies sent to your Twilio number. Clients get a text 24 hours before, and a follow-up 2 hours before if they have not confirmed. Their replies are sorted (confirmed, another time, cancel, question, running late) and answered with their own Calendly reschedule or cancel link; questions are answered only from the details you give. A client marked as a no-show, in Calendly or on the board, is invited the same day to book again. Every appointment is a card on your Appointments board: To answer, Upcoming, Reminded, Confirmed, No-show, Link sent, Rebooked, Cancelled. Preview is the default: the texts are written as drafts and nothing is sent until you switch Sending on. Run it with Check now; the hourly check runs once the app is Live. Needs Calendly and Twilio. Use a Twilio number that Missed Call Text-Back does not use, so replies do not mix. The app never changes anything in Calendly.
