About this application
Answer every applicant, kindly and correctly. Paste your applicants, one per line (name, email, role, stage, your decision, a short note and the date they last heard from you) and get a personal reply for each one: a rejection with one honest reason taken only from your note, a next step with the date and link you gave, or a note that you are still reviewing, with a date. Code checks every name, role, date, time and link against your list, requires a rejection reason to be an exact quote of your note, and blocks any note that touches age, gender, origin, religion, disability, pregnancy or other protected traits: the AI never sees it and the reply gives no reason. Applicants who have waited too many days come first. Each applicant is a card on your Replies board (Answer now, Draft ready, Needs a look, Sent); a corrected note updates the draft and a card you mark as Sent is never changed. Settings: days of silence, days promised to people still under review, rejection reason on or off, language, tone, signature, company, applicants per run up to 100, preview only. No account to connect. Nothing is ever sent: you copy the replies.
