Zoho WorkDrive integration

Zoho WorkDrive is Zoho's file storage and collaboration service for teams. Browse, search, upload and download files; create folders and Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show documents; rename, move, copy, trash, restore, zip, unzip and version files; share them with team members, groups, the whole team or through external links; and manage team folders and their members, comments, labels, groups, file collection links, data templates with custom fields, and approval workflows. Start with get_current_user, list_user_teams and get_current_team_member: they return the team, team member and (through get_my_folders) My Folders IDs the other tools need. Not exposed: chunked and stream uploads (over 250 MB), team membership and team settings administration, template library management, folder customization and index view layout, team folder settings, and the Zia file question route. Authentication is Zoho OAuth 2.0 for an account in Zoho's US data center (www.zohoapis.com), with WorkDrive scopes per family of operations.

What you can do with Zoho WorkDrive

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
