Integration

Zoho Projects integration

Zoho Projects is a project management app. An agent can list portals and projects, create, update, trash, restore and delete projects, manage tasks, task lists, issues (bugs), phases (milestones), events and time logs, add and read comments on projects, tasks and issues, list portal and project users, list and attach tags, and search a portal or a project. Every call is scoped to a portal_id returned by list_portals. Not exposed: attachments and documents, forums, custom modules and fields setup, user and team administration, reports, exports, timers, approvals and the older API versions superseded by v3.1. Calls go to the US data center host (projects.zoho.com). Authentication is Zoho OAuth 2.0 with ZohoProjects.<module>.<operation> scopes.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Zoho Projects.Built from the 62 Zoho Projects tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Zoho Projects

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Zoho Projects from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Zoho Projects in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Zoho Projects operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Zoho Projects

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Zoho Projects once

Add your Zoho Projects connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
