Zoho Mail integration

Zoho Mail is a business email service. Read, search and send email from a Zoho Mail account: list and search messages in a folder, read a message's content, headers and attachment details, send a new message or a reply (or save it as a draft or template), mark, flag, label, archive, spam or delete messages and whole threads, and move messages to another folder. Manage folders, labels, the email signature, vacation replies and the account's display name and reply-to address, and work with Zoho Mail tasks (personal and group tasks, subtasks and categories). Start with list_accounts: almost every tool needs the accountId it returns. Organization administration (users, groups, domains, policies, audit logs, storage) is not exposed. Authentication is Zoho OAuth 2.0 for an account in Zoho's US data center (mail.zoho.com), with one ZohoMail scope per family of operations.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Zoho Mail.Built from the 80 Zoho Mail tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Zoho Mail

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Zoho Mail from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Zoho Mail in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Zoho Mail operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Zoho Mail

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Zoho Mail once

Add your Zoho Mail connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
