Zoho Creator integration

Zoho Creator is a low-code platform for building custom business apps made of forms (which store records) and reports (which display them). Discover the applications, forms, fields, reports, pages and sections you can reach; add records to a form; read, filter, update and delete the records a report displays, by ID or by criteria; upload a file to a record's file, image, audio, video or signature field and download it back; and export a large report as a ZIP-compressed CSV through a bulk read job. The publish (public link) routes, the bulk write routes and app building are not exposed. Authentication is Zoho OAuth 2.0 for an account in Zoho's US data center (www.zohoapis.com), with one Zoho Creator scope per family of operations.

What you can do with Zoho Creator

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

delete_recordsDelete recordsDELETEDeletes up to 200 records of a report that match criteria. Without process_until_limit, a criteria matching more than 200 records fails; with it the first 200 are deleted and more_records says whether to call again. Deletion cannot be undone.
get_recordGet recordGETReturns one record of a report by its ID, with the fields of the report's detail view by default.
get_recordsGet recordsGETReturns the records a report displays, 200 per call by default and up to 1000, optionally filtered by criteria. When more records exist the response carries record_cursor: pass it back to get the next batch.
