Zoho Bookings integration

Zoho Bookings is an appointment scheduling app. An agent can check a service's free slots, book, look up, list, reschedule, cancel, complete or mark no-show appointments and edit their notes and custom fields; list, create, update and delete workspaces, services, resources and date overrides (time off or extra hours); list and add staff; and create, update and delete customers. The vendor's reference has no route to list customers, to change or remove staff, or to create group or collective services. Most answers carry their data under response.returnvalue. Calls go to Zoho's US data center hosts (www.zohoapis.com, accounts.zoho.com), so only a Zoho Bookings account hosted in the US data center can be connected. Authentication is Zoho OAuth 2.0 with the zohobookings.data.CREATE scope.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Zoho Bookings.Built from the 27 Zoho Bookings tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Zoho Bookings

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Addcustomer, 1 operation

  • create_customersCreate customersPOSTCreates up to 50 customers in one call, added as Guest customers, each with a name (or first and last name, depending on the account's name field setup), email and contact number. Answers with each customer's ID.

Addresource, 1 operation

  • create_resourcesCreate resourcesPOSTCreates up to 10 resources in one call, each with a name, the workspaces it belongs to and an optional description. Resource creation is subject to the account's plan.

Addstaff, 1 operation

  • add_staffAdd staffPOSTAdds up to 50 staff members in one call (an admin or super admin action), each with a name and email and optionally a role (Admin, Manager or Staff), gender, date of birth, phone, designation and assigned services.

Appointment, 1 operation

  • book_appointmentBook appointmentPOSTCreates a live booking for the customer in customer_details on a service at from_time, with a staff member, a resource or (collective service) a staff group; find free times with get_available_slots. Answers with the booking and its booking_id.

Availableslot, 1 operation

  • get_available_slotsGet available slotsGETReturns the free time slots of a service on one date for a staff member, a staff group or a resource (give one of the three), with their time zone. Book one with book_appointment, from_time being that date and slot.

Createdateoverride, 1 operation

  • create_date_overridesCreate date overridesPOSTCreates up to 10 date overrides for the business, a staff member or a resource, marking dates or ranges unavailable or adding extra availability, all day or for set times. Past dates cannot be overridden.

Createservice, 1 operation

  • create_serviceCreate servicePOSTCreates a service in a workspace from a data object (name and workspace_id required). The reference marks this route for one-on-one services; service_type also accepts resource. The documented answer is a confirmation message.

Createworkspace, 1 operation

  • create_workspaceCreate workspacePOSTCreates a workspace with the given name. The documented answer is a confirmation message; call list_workspaces to find the new workspace's ID.

Use Zoho Bookings from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Zoho Bookings in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Zoho Bookings operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Zoho Bookings

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Zoho Bookings once

Add your Zoho Bookings connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
