Zixflow integration

Zixflow is a CRM and multichannel messaging platform. Read collections (people, companies, deals, custom) and lists; query, create, update and delete records, list entries and activities; manage custom attributes with their select and status options; list workspace members; send SMS, email (with uploaded attachments), WhatsApp template and session messages and RCS messages, list WhatsApp templates and their variables, and read delivery reports. Left out: the OTPflow multichannel route (its response is undocumented), the WhatsApp accounts listing (undocumented), the GET variant of SMS sending, and the separate Zixflow AI product, which uses other hosts and keys. Authentication is an API key created under Workspace Settings, Developer, API Keys, sent as a Bearer token; each key carries the permissions chosen at creation.

What you can do with Zixflow

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Attribute, 5 operations
