Zenkit integration
Zenkit is a collaboration and project management platform whose workspaces hold lists (collections) of entries (items) with typed fields. List workspaces and lists, read a list's fields, list, search, get, create and update entries, comment on entries, read workspace, list and entry activities and the user's notifications, see who can access a workspace or list, and register or delete webhooks. Left out: workspace, list and field administration, entry deletion and restore, file uploads, backgrounds, calendar sync and OAuth app routes. Authentication is the personal API key from your Zenkit profile, sent in the Zenkit-API-Key header.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Zenkit
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Activity, 4 operations
add_entry_commentAdd entry commentPOSTAdds a comment to an entry, as the current user.get_list_activitiesGet list activitiesGETReturns the activities (comments and changes) of a list.list_entry_activitiesList entry activitiesGETReturns the activities (comments and changes) of one entry.list_workspace_activitiesList workspace activitiesGETReturns the activities (comments and changes) of a workspace.
Entry, 3 operations
create_entryCreate entryPOSTCreates an entry (item) in a list from field values keyed <element uuid>_<businessData key>, built from list_elements (for a text field, <uuid>_text). Returns the entry with its values.get_entryGet entryGETReturns one entry (item) of a list with all its field values.update_entryUpdate entryPUTUpdates field values of an entry, keyed <element uuid>_<businessData key> as in create_entry; for a list value, updateAction chooses replace, append or remove. Returns the updated entry.
List, 2 operations
get_listGet listGETReturns one list (collection) with its name, item name, default view and visibility.list_entriesList entriesPOSTReturns the entries of a list, filtered and optionally grouped, with counts.
User, 2 operations
get_list_usersGet list usersGETReturns all users with access to the list, with their names, initials, locale and email addresses (personal data).list_workspace_usersList workspace usersGETReturns all users with access to the workspace, with their names, initials, locale and email addresses (personal data).
Webhook, 2 operations
create_webhookCreate webhookPOSTRegisters a URL that Zenkit POSTs events to: entry changes, activities, notifications, system messages or comments (triggerType), optionally only for one workspace, list or entry.delete_webhookDelete webhookDELETEDeletes a webhook, so Zenkit stops sending its events, and returns the deleted webhook.
Element, 1 operation
list_elementsList elementsGETReturns all elements (fields) of a list. Each element's uuid and businessData keys form the keys that create_entry and update_entry set values under.
Elementcategory, 1 operation
list_element_categoriesList element categoriesGETReturns all element categories (field types), with the businessData keys each one stores values under.
Me, 1 operation
get_current_userGet current userGETReturns the user the API key belongs to, with names, locale, time zone and email addresses.
Notification, 1 operation
list_notificationsList notificationsGETReturns the user's notifications (person added, list or workspace shared, subscription, reminder, mention) with the ids of the list, entry, field and activity concerned. Filter by type or by date.
Search, 1 operation
search_entriesSearch entriesGETSearches the entries of every list the user can access.
Workspace, 1 operation
get_workspaceGet workspaceGETReturns one workspace with its name, description, default flag and creation details.
Workspaces with list, 1 operation
list_workspaces_with_listsList workspaces with listsGETReturns every workspace the user can access, each with its lists (collections), including their numeric id and shortId.
Use Zenkit from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Zenkit in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Zenkit operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
claude mcp add --transport http livecontext https://livecontext.ai/mcp --header "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"[mcp_servers.livecontext]

}
}
}How to connect Zenkit
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Zenkit once
Add your Zenkit connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
