Youform integration

Youform is an online form and survey builder. An agent can read the account profile, list forms and read one form's questions and draft, list a form's submissions (with completion and sort filters) or fetch its latest one, publish or revert a form's draft, subscribe or remove a webhook for new submissions, and switch a submission's refill link on or off. Not exposed: creating or renaming forms and editing their blocks (the API does not support the first and documents no body for the others), and listing webhooks (the API has no such route). Limit: 60 requests per minute per account. Authentication is a personal API token from Account Settings, API Tokens (any plan), sent as a Bearer token.

What you can do with Youform

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Each badge shows the default agent permission of an endpoint (allowed: an agent calls it without asking; ask first: you are asked before an agent calls it, when the agent or chat asks permission for sensitive actions; never: no agent may call it), which every user can change endpoint by endpoint in their credential settings.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Form, 3 operations

get_formGet formGETAgents: ask firstReturns one form by slug with its published questions (fields.blocks, whose block ids key the answers of each submission), its unpublished draft (draft_fields), design, hidden fields and submission count.
list_formsList formsGETAgents: ask firstLists the forms in your workspaces, newest first, 100 per page, each with its slug (the id every other form tool takes), name, closed state and submission count. Page through with page, current_page and last_page.

Submission, 2 operations

Webhook, 2 operations

Account, 1 operation

Form draft, 1 operation

Refill link, 1 operation
