Wedof integration

Wedof (and CertiPlace) is a French platform for training organisations and certifiers that manages training folders funded by CPF (EDOF), France Travail (Kairos), OPCO, companies or individuals, and certification folders. Agents can list, read and move training folders through their states (validate, accept, start, end, declare service done, bill, cancel, refuse) and certification folders through theirs (register, ready, success, fail, abort), manage learners, grades, surveys, documents, jury sessions and members, certifications, partnerships and their audits and offer monitoring, partner invoices, proposals, sessions, trainings, training actions, skills, apprenticeship contracts, subcontractors, payments, evaluations, activities and webhooks, and send email or SMS messages. Folder state changes act on real folders. Not exposed: attendee magic login links, replacing an OPCO connection API key, the jury member signature form and signing, raw OPCO contract data, the deprecated learner lookups by email or phone, and the Prevention Passport reference-list searches and getExternalId (their answers are not documented). API access depends on your Wedof subscription. Authentication is a Wedof API key sent in the X-API-KEY header.

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
