Integration

WebinarGeek integration

WebinarGeek is a webinar platform for live, automated and on-demand webinars. List and read webinars, their episodes, broadcasts (scheduled sessions) and email definitions with per-recipient sending states; register people for one broadcast or a whole series, schedule a new broadcast for an episode, unsubscribe a subscriber; and read subscriptions with watch behaviour, chat messages, Q&A questions and payments of paid webinars. Creating or editing webinars themselves is done in the WebinarGeek app. Authentication is an API key sent in the Api-Token header (WebinarGeek: Account, Integrations, API); paid plans allow 300 requests a minute, 5,000 an hour and 25,000 a day.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in WebinarGeek.Built from the 17 WebinarGeek tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with WebinarGeek

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Subscription, 5 operations

  • get_subscriptionGet subscriptionGETReturns one subscriber with registration data, watch statistics (live and replay viewing sessions), assessment, poll votes, quiz and evaluation answers, clicked calls to action, payments, and up to 100 of the messages and questions they sent.
  • list_subscriptionsList subscriptionsGETLists subscriptions (registrations) for the account, or filtered by webinar, episode, broadcast, email, external_id, watch behaviour (watched live or replay), unsubscribed or assessment_passed. Paginate with page and per_page (max 1000).
  • subscribe_to_broadcastSubscribe to broadcastPOSTRegisters one person for a broadcast and returns the subscription with its watch_link. firstname and email are required; the webinar may need more (registration_fields of get_webinar). skip_confirmation_mail decides whether they get an email.
  • subscribe_to_webinar_seriesSubscribe to webinar seriesPOSTRegisters one person for one broadcast of every episode of a webinar series, all or nothing. Fails (nothing created) when an episode has no subscribable broadcast. Already-subscribed broadcasts are skipped. Just-in-time broadcasts are not supported.
  • unsubscribe_subscriptionUnsubscribe subscriptionPOSTUnsubscribes a subscriber from their broadcast: they can no longer watch and get no more emails. Cannot be undone; subscribing again creates a new subscription. Returns the subscription with unsubscribed true.

Broadcast, 3 operations

  • create_episode_broadcastCreate episode broadcastPOSTSchedules a new broadcast (session) for an episode of a live or automated webinar at a future date, and returns it. If a broadcast already exists at that date and time for the episode, that one is returned instead.

Webinar, 2 operations

Webinar email, 2 operations

  • get_webinar_emailGet webinar emailGETReturns one email definition of a webinar: name, subject, template type, active flag, and a schedule object for scheduled emails. Shared webinar emails have a null episode_id. Dummy email definitions return 404.
  • list_webinar_emailsList webinar emailsGETLists the email definitions of a webinar (active and inactive): name, subject, template type, trigger or schedule. With episode_id, returns shared webinar emails plus that episode's. No statistics or recipients: use list_webinar_email_sendings.

How to connect WebinarGeek

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect WebinarGeek once

Add your WebinarGeek connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
