WATI integration

WATI is a WhatsApp Business platform (with Instagram and Messenger channels). Send template messages and broadcasts, reply in open 24-hour conversations with text, files, buttons and lists, manage contacts, segments, tags, teams and chatbots, create and delete templates, read call logs with recordings and transcripts, answer Instagram comments, read sales pipeline analytics and manage webhook subscriptions. Not exposed: token rotation, the private-beta WhatsApp Pay routes, the two direct-send routes whose message body the vendor leaves undocumented, and legacy V1/V2 routes that a V3 route fully replaces. Authentication is an API token from the WATI dashboard (API page) sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>, plus your tenant id (the number in your API endpoint URL) for the legacy routes.

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
