Integration

Visma e-conomic integration

Visma e-conomic is a Danish cloud accounting system. Through its OpenAPI family an agent can manage customers with their contacts and delivery locations, products, product groups, price groups and currency prices, draft invoices and their lines, read booked invoice, order and quote lines, create journals and draft entries and book them, read the chart of accounts, booked entries and accounting years, match booked entries, run subscriptions and their subscribers, manage supplier groups and contacts, attach PDF or image documents to vouchers, and register webhooks. Not exposed: the count routes (they answer a bare number), dimensions, projects, budgets, accruals, account total intervals, product group zones and accrual or project settings, draft-invoice personal data, bulk document deletion and the journal booking routes the vendor has under deprecation; booking a draft invoice and supplier records themselves live only in the older e-conomic REST API, which this integration does not cover. Authentication is two headers: X-AppSecretToken (your app's secret, from your e-conomic developer agreement) and X-AgreementGrantToken (issued when an accounting user grants the app access through its Installation URL).

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Visma e-conomic.Built from the 135 Visma e-conomic tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Visma e-conomic

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
