UserVoice integration

UserVoice is a product feedback platform. An agent can list, create, update, approve, merge and moderate suggestions (ideas) and their comments, record feedback, NPS ratings and importance scores, email supporters, post public and internal status updates, manage features, labels, notes, teams, custom fields, saved views and idea lists, impact reports and forum invitations, link suggestions to features, idea lists or Jira issues, and find, create, block, export or delete users and sync external users and accounts. Not exposed: OAuth token routes, admin permission grants, theme and translation editing, subdomain settings, feedback connector configurations (they hold third-party credentials), the suggested-merge queue, Jira unlink routes (the vendor does not say whose id they take) and the import and link-to-feature variants whose difference from batch_upsert_* and link_suggestions is undocumented. Authentication: your UserVoice subdomain plus the Bearer access token of a trusted API key (Admin Console, Settings, Integrations, UserVoice API keys, Create); requests are rate limited per minute.

What you can do with UserVoice

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
