Integration

UniOne integration

UniOne is an email delivery platform for transactional and bulk email. Send emails (with templates, substitutions, attachments and tracking), manage email templates and event webhooks, manage the unsubscribe and suppression lists, check sender domain DNS, DKIM and verification records, request event dumps, list and delete tags, and validate a single email address. Project management routes (they create or return project API keys) are not exposed. Every call is a JSON POST; authentication is the user or project API key sent in the X-API-KEY header.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in UniOne.Built from the 31 UniOne tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with UniOne

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Domain, 5 operations

  • delete_domainDelete domainPOSTDeletes a sender domain from the account (or from the project of a project API key). Sending from that domain stops working until it is registered again with get_domain_dns_records.
  • get_domain_dns_recordsGet domain dns recordsPOSTRegisters a sender domain (or returns its existing records) and returns its DKIM key to publish as a DNS TXT record. The ownership verification record is not returned: the user copies it from the UniOne control panel.
  • list_domainsList domainsPOSTLists the registered sender domains with their DKIM key and the last status of its validation (the ownership verification status is not returned). Pass domain to get one domain only; page with limit and offset.
  • validate_domain_dkimValidate domain dkimPOSTStarts the DKIM record check for a domain registered with get_domain_dns_records. A success answer only means the check started, not that the record is valid: read the result later with list_domains.
  • validate_domain_verificationValidate domain verificationPOSTStarts the ownership verification record check for a domain registered with get_domain_dns_records. A success answer only means the check started, not that the record is valid: the user confirms the result in the UniOne control panel.

Event dump, 4 operations

  • create_event_dumpCreate event dumpPOSTStarts preparing a CSV dump of email events (status changes, opens, clicks) for a time window, optionally filtered. Returns dump_id: call get_event_dump with it until dump_status is ready, then download its files.
  • delete_event_dumpDelete event dumpPOSTRemoves an event dump from the queue or from storage. Pass the dump_id returned by create_event_dump or list_event_dumps.
  • get_event_dumpGet event dumpPOSTReturns one event dump: dump_status (queued, in_process, ready or failed) and the files ready for download. Pass the dump_id returned by create_event_dump.
  • list_event_dumpsList event dumpsPOSTLists every existing event dump with its dump_status and downloadable files. Takes no parameters.

Suppression, 4 operations

  • add_suppressionAdd suppressionPOSTAdds an email address to the suppression list with a cause, so UniOne stops sending to it. Undo with delete_suppression.
  • delete_suppressionDelete suppressionPOSTRemoves an email from the suppression list so it can be sent to again (only records with is_deletable true). Returns API error 3003 when the email is not in the list.
  • get_suppressionGet suppressionPOSTReturns the suppression records of one email address: the cause, source, creation date and whether each record can be deleted.
  • list_suppressionsList suppressionsPOSTLists suppressed email addresses, optionally filtered by cause and source and starting at start_time. Pass the returned cursor to get the next chunk.

Template, 4 operations

  • delete_templateDelete templatePOSTDeletes an email template by its id, as returned by save_template or list_templates.
  • get_templateGet templatePOSTReturns one email template with all its properties (name, subject, sender, body parts, substitutions, tracking). Pass the id returned by save_template or list_templates.
  • list_templatesList templatesPOSTLists email templates with their properties. Page with limit (default 50) and offset: fewer than limit results means the end of the list.
  • save_templateSave templatePOSTCreates an email template, or edits an existing one when template.id is set. Returns the saved template with its id, which send_email accepts as message.template_id. At most 10000 templates per account.

Webhook, 4 operations

  • delete_webhookDelete webhookPOSTDeletes an event notification webhook, identified by its URL. To pause a webhook without deleting it, call save_webhook with status disabled instead.
  • get_webhookGet webhookPOSTReturns the settings of one event notification webhook, identified by its URL: status, format, events, delivery_info and parallelism.
  • list_webhooksList webhooksPOSTLists the event notification webhooks of the user or project. Page with limit (50 is recommended) and offset.
  • save_webhookSave webhookPOSTCreates an event notification webhook for a URL, or edits the one already set for that URL. Choose the events (email_status values, spam_block) UniOne will POST to it.

Unsubscribed email, 3 operations

  • add_unsubscribedAdd unsubscribedPOSTRegisters an email address as unsubscribed: every later attempt to send to it is rejected. send_subscribe_email lets the recipient opt back in.
  • check_unsubscribedCheck unsubscribedPOSTChecks whether an email address is on the unsubscribed list and returns is_unsubscribed.
  • list_unsubscribedList unsubscribedPOSTLists the email addresses unsubscribed since date_from, with the date each one unsubscribed.

Tag, 2 operations

  • delete_tagDelete tagPOSTDeletes a user-defined tag by its tag_id, as returned by list_tags.
  • list_tagsList tagsPOSTLists every user-defined tag with its tag_id and name. Takes no parameters.

Account, 1 operation

  • get_account_infoGet account infoPOSTReturns the user (or project) behind the API key: user_id, email, project id and name for a project key, and the accounting details.

Api key, 1 operation

  • check_api_keyCheck api keyPOSTChecks that the API key is valid and returns the user_id it belongs to.

Email, 1 operation

  • send_emailSend emailPOSTSends one email to up to 500 recipients, with per-recipient substitutions, an optional template_id, tags, tracking and attachments. Returns job_id, the accepted emails and failed_emails with the reason per address.

Email address, 1 operation

  • validate_email_addressValidate email addressPOSTChecks one email address and returns result (valid, invalid, suspicious or unknown), the cause, a validity score, MX details and a did_you_mean suggestion. At most two concurrent checks are allowed.

Subscription, 1 operation

  • send_subscribe_emailSend subscribe emailPOSTSends a (re)subscribe confirmation email to an address that previously unsubscribed or complained, so the recipient can opt back in by following its link.

Use UniOne from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect UniOne in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its UniOne operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect UniOne

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect UniOne once

Add your UniOne connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
