Integration

Umami integration

Umami is privacy-focused, open-source web analytics; this API is that of a self-hosted Umami instance. Read website stats, pageviews, ranked metrics (pages, referrers, countries, UTM), real-time activity, sessions, events and custom event or session properties, funnels, goals, journeys, retention, attribution, revenue, Web Vitals and front-end errors; manage websites, teams and members, tracked links, pixels, boards, segments, annotations and public share links (anyone holding a share link can view the shared stats). Umami Cloud (api.umami.is/v1) uses other paths and is not covered. Left out: sign-in, two-factor and admin routes, user management, API key and password routes, the tracking ingestion routes (send, batch, record), session replay recordings, the ZIP export, the ad-hoc funnel report (its steps format is undocumented; saved funnels are covered) and the generic share create (its shareType codes are undocumented; each resource has its own share tool). Analytics rows describe visitors (location, device, distinct ids). Authentication is an Umami API key (Settings, API keys) sent as a Bearer token to the instance URL.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Umami.Built from the 143 Umami tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Umami

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Umami from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Umami in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Umami operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Umami

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Umami once

Add your Umami connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
