Trestle integration

Trestle (Trestle IQ) is an identity data API for phone, email, address and IP. Validate a phone number (carrier, line type, activity score), look up the owners of a phone number or the residents of a US address, get a caller name, validate and normalize a US address, grade a lead's contact details (A to F), cross-check a person's identity for fraud with a 0 to 100 score, and report call outcomes back. Every lookup is billed per query by Trestle. Authentication is an API key sent in the x-api-key header.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Trestle.Built from the 9 Trestle tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Trestle

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Caller id, 1 operation

  • get_caller_identificationGet caller identificationGETValidates the phone number, provides real-time metadata (line type, carrier), and returns the highest-ranked phone owner with their current address.

Cnam, 1 operation

  • get_smart_cnamGet smart cnamGETValidates the phone number and returns the top associated name (person or business). Lighter-weight than Caller ID, use when name-only resolution is sufficient.

Decision signal, 1 operation

  • get_decision_signalsGet decision signalsGETFraud check: cross-checks a primary (and optional secondary) name, phone, address and email plus an IP address, and returns a 0 to 100 identity score with the checks behind it. Use is_sandbox=true to test.

Location, 1 operation

  • get_reverse_addressGet reverse addressGETReturns every current resident of a US street address, with demographics, phones, emails, historical addresses and associated people. Also validates and normalizes the address.

Location intel, 1 operation

  • get_address_validationGet address validationGETValidates and USPS-normalizes a US street address: validity, normalized street line, city, state, 5-digit ZIP and ZIP+4 extension, and coordinates with their accuracy. US addresses only; a non-US address returns a warning and no address data.

Phone, 1 operation

  • get_reverse_phoneGet reverse phoneGETValidates the phone and returns all potential owners with demographics, current addresses, alternate phone numbers, and email addresses for each owner.

Phone feedback, 1 operation

  • submit_phone_feedbackSubmit phone feedbackPOSTReports the outcome of a call to a phone number Trestle returned: Connected or Disconnected, and whether the right party answered. Pass response_id from the earlier lookup's response.

Phone intel, 1 operation

  • get_phone_validationGet phone validationGETValidates the phone number and returns carrier, line type, prepaid status, country info, and a 0-100 activity score indicating whether the number is active.

Real contact, 1 operation

  • get_real_contactGet real contactGETGrades a lead's contact details: validates and cross-checks name, phone, email, address and IP, and returns an A to F contact grade per channel, an activity score and name matches.

Use Trestle from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Trestle in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Trestle operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Trestle

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Trestle once

Add your Trestle connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
