Transifex integration

Transifex is a localization platform for software, websites and documents. List organizations, projects, resources and languages; create and configure projects and resources, add or remove target languages and maintainers; read, add and edit source strings and their translations, mark translations reviewed or proofread, and pre-fill them from translation memory, machine translation or Transifex AI; upload source, translation and TMX files (the tool waits for processing) and start downloads of source or translated files, glossaries, TMX memories and activity or leverage reports, then fetch a temporary download URL; read translation progress statistics; manage tasks, teams, team memberships and managers, string comments and project webhooks. Context screenshots, bulk string and translation edits (a separate JSON:API bulk profile) and resource merges are not exposed. Every write uses JSON:API bodies (a data object with type, attributes and relationships). Authentication is a Transifex API token, sent as a bearer token in the Authorization header. The API allows 500 requests per minute per IP.

What you can do with Transifex

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
