Integration

TidyHQ integration

TidyHQ is membership and club management software for associations, sports clubs and community groups. Read and manage contacts (with notes, links, groups and custom fields), memberships, membership levels and subscriptions, invoices, deposits, expenses and transactions, events with tickets, certificates and packs, sessions, meetings, tasks, emails, shop products and orders, associated organisations, and webhooks with their triggered events. Tools use the V2 API wherever it covers the resource and the V1 API otherwise, as TidyHQ's guide recommends; the V1 create-group route is left out because its documented path is ambiguous, and webhook signing keys are not returned. Authentication is an OAuth 2.0 access token from a TidyHQ application (accounts.tidyhq.com), sent as a Bearer token; TidyHQ tokens do not expire.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in TidyHQ.Built from the 130 TidyHQ tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with TidyHQ

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use TidyHQ from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect TidyHQ in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its TidyHQ operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect TidyHQ

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect TidyHQ once

Add your TidyHQ connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
