TIDY integration

TIDY is an AI property manager for homes and short-term rentals. Manage property addresses with access and parking notes, check booking availability and prices, book, update, reschedule and cancel cleaning jobs, track guest reservations, file and update maintenance tasks, list to-do lists, add your own service pros, and send TIDY's AI concierge a plain-language request then read its answer. Signing up and logging in by password are left out, as are TIDY's test routes. Authentication is an API key (TIDY app, Developers, API Keys) sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header.

What you can do with TIDY

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Address, 5 operations

create_addressCreate addressPOSTAdd a property address. address, city, postal_code and parking are required; country_code is US when left out. Parking details tell pros where to park.

Guest reservation, 4 operations

Job, 4 operations

Message tidy, 3 operations

get_messageGet messageGETGet one message sent to TIDY and its status; when status is completed, response_message holds the answer, and when failed the request did not succeed.

Booking availability, 1 operation
