Teamhood integration
Teamhood is a visual project and work management tool (Kanban, list and Gantt boards, time tracking, workload). With this API an agent can list workspaces, boards, rows (swimlanes), statuses, templates and users; query, read, create, update (complete, archive), delete and make synced copies of work items with tags, custom fields, dependencies and budgets; read, post, edit and delete item comments (posted as the API; mentions notify users); upload, read, download, replace and delete item attachments; read time logs and board item activity (flow metrics); add and delete time offs; create workspaces, boards and rows; and add a user to a workspace. The system log route is not exposed. Rate limit: 100 requests per minute. Authentication is an API key sent in the X-ApiKey header: an account key (whole company account, from Company Account > Integrations) or a workspace key (one workspace, from the workspace's Integrations page; time-off routes need the account key). The connection also needs the company's API URL, shown with the key.

What you can do with Teamhood
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Attachment, 6 operations
delete_attachmentDelete attachmentDELETEPermanently deletes an attachment from its item, uploaded file or SharePoint link alike.download_attachmentDownload attachmentGETDownloads an uploaded attachment's file and returns it as a stored file. SharePoint attachments are not downloadable here (read their URL with get_attachment).get_attachmentGet attachmentGETReturns an attachment's metadata: item id, name, MIME type, size and, for a SharePoint attachment, its source and URL. Use download_attachment for the file itself.list_item_attachmentsList item attachmentsGETLists the attachments of a work item: id, name, MIME type, size and, for SharePoint attachments, source and URL. Download a file with download_attachment.update_attachmentUpdate attachmentPUTReplaces an uploaded attachment's file and/or name. Only directly uploaded files can be changed, not SharePoint attachments.upload_attachmentUpload attachmentPOSTUploads a file and attaches it to a work item; returns the attachment's id, name, MIME type and size. Direct uploads only (SharePoint attachments cannot be added).
Comment, 5 operations
create_commentCreate commentPOSTPosts a comment on a work item, as the API (not as a user), and returns it. A mention in the text notifies that user. Set parentCommentId to reply to a top-level comment.delete_commentDelete commentDELETEPermanently deletes a comment and its replies. Any comment the API key can access can be deleted, including those written by users.get_commentGet commentGETReturns one comment: item, author, plain-text content (mentions encoded as {{Full Name|userId}}), dates, pinned and resolved flags and linked attachment ids.list_item_commentsList item commentsGETLists a work item's comments and replies, oldest first: author, plain-text content (mentions encoded as {{Full Name|userId}}), dates, flags and attachment ids.update_commentUpdate commentPUTReplaces the text of a comment. Only comments added through the API can be updated.
Item, 5 operations
create_itemCreate itemPOSTCreates a work item on a board and returns it. Besides title, the vendor schema requires milestone, isSuspended, suspendReason, tags, customFields, blocking and waiting: send false, "" or [] when unused.delete_itemDelete itemDELETEPermanently deletes a work item.get_itemGet itemGETReturns one work item with its dates, status, assignee, owner, budget, estimation, progress, tags, custom fields, relations, aggregated values, baselines and link.list_itemsList itemsGETLists work items matching filters (workspace, board, row, status, assignee, owner, parent, tags, custom fields, dates, completion). At most 1000 per call: page with Skip and Take.update_itemUpdate itemPUTChanges fields of a work item (title, dates, status, completion, archiving...) and returns the updated item. Send only the fields to change, inside data.
Workspace, 3 operations
create_workspaceCreate workspacePOSTCreates a workspace from a workspace template (list_workspace_templates) with an owner, and returns it.get_workspaceGet workspaceGETReturns one workspace: id, display id and title.list_workspacesList workspacesGETLists the workspaces the API key can reach (id, display id, title). Start here: most other tools need a workspace id.
Board, 2 operations
create_boardCreate boardPOSTCreates a board in a workspace from a board template (list_board_templates) and returns it. A custom template's items are copied in the background after the board is returned.list_boardsList boardsGETLists the boards of a workspace (id, display id, title, private flag). Pass a board id to list_board_rows, list_board_statuses, list_items or create_item.
Time off, 2 operations
add_time_offsAdd time offsPOSTAdds up to 1000 time offs for users (or company-wide) in one all-or-nothing transaction and returns them. Changes team availability; needs an account API key.delete_time_offsDelete time offsDELETEDeletes the time offs that lie entirely within Start..End (both days inclusive) for one user, or the company-wide ones with User=All, and returns how many were deleted. Needs an account API key.
Board row, 1 operation
create_board_rowCreate board rowPOSTCreates a row (swimlane) on a board and returns its id, title and position.
Board template, 1 operation
list_board_templatesList board templatesGETLists board templates (id, title, description): the built-in ones and the account's public custom templates (or the workspace's, with a workspace key). Pass an id to create_board.
Item activity, 1 operation
list_item_activitiesList item activitiesPOSTRead-only: lists a board's item activity entries (items moving into or out of columns) within a UTC date range of at most 3 months, for flow metrics; paged with offset and limit.
Row, 1 operation
list_board_rowsList board rowsGETLists the rows (swimlanes) of a board: id, title and position. Pass a row id as rowId when creating or filtering items.
Status, 1 operation
list_board_statusesList board statusesGETLists a board's statuses (columns) as a flat list: id, title, type (New, InProgress, Completed) and position. Status groups are not returned.
Synced copy, 1 operation
create_synced_copyCreate synced copyPOSTCreates a synced copy of an item on another board (often in another workspace) and returns it. Fails with 400 if the item already has a synced copy anywhere.
Timelog, 1 operation
list_timelogsList timelogsPOSTRead-only: lists the time logs of a workspace between two dates, optionally narrowed to boards, rows, users or tags: who logged how long on which item, with its description.
User, 1 operation
list_usersList usersGETLists the account's users (personal data): id, first and last name, email, status (Active, Disabled, Invited), type (Member, Guest, GuestViewer), last activity date and accessible workspace ids.
Workspace template, 1 operation
list_workspace_templatesList workspace templatesGETLists the workspace templates (id, title, description); pass an id as templateId to create_workspace.
Workspace user, 1 operation
add_user_to_workspaceAdd user to workspacePUTChanges access rights: grants a user access to a workspace with the Workspace Collaborator access role.
Use Teamhood from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Teamhood in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Teamhood operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Teamhood
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Teamhood once
Add your Teamhood connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
