Teamgate integration

Teamgate is a sales CRM. Manage companies, people, leads and deals (with their pipeline stages and product carts), activities (calls, tasks, notes and appointments) and their comments, and products; read users, lead statuses, pipelines, product categories, custom field definitions, bookable resources and stored files. List tools page with limit and offset, sort with order, and filter on most fields (exact values, or name[like] with % wildcards). Not exposed: tagging and file attachment management, uploads, merges and avatars, linking records to activities after creation, teams, global search, currencies and emails. Authentication needs two values sent as headers: an application key that Teamgate assigns on request (X-App-Key) and the user's personal token from My Profile, Integrations (X-Auth-Token).
