Integration

Teamdeck integration

Teamdeck is a resource scheduling and time tracking tool for agencies and software teams. With this API an agent can read the organization settings and the availability summary of its people; list, create, update and delete bookings (planned work on a project, with recurrence), time entries and vacations (time off); manage projects, milestones, holidays, organization units, custom fields and their values, and the tags of bookings, time entries and projects; and list, add, activate, deactivate, remove and restore resources (team members and basic resources), plus read vacation periods and reasons. Webhooks are configured in the Teamdeck app, not through the API. Rate limit: 5000 requests per hour per key. Authentication is an API key sent in the X-Api-Key header; the organization owner creates it in Settings, Integrations, API keys, with read or read + write permission.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Teamdeck.Built from the 82 Teamdeck tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Teamdeck

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Teamdeck from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Teamdeck in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Teamdeck operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Teamdeck

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Teamdeck once

Add your Teamdeck connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
