SurveySparrow integration

SurveySparrow is a survey and experience management platform (NPS, CSAT, CES and conversational surveys). List, read, create, update and archive surveys; list a survey's questions; read responses with their answers, sentiment and channel; create contacts; share a survey by email, SMS, web link or offline to contacts or contact lists; list email themes; and create, list and delete webhooks. Responses and contacts are personal data. Webhook header values are not returned. Not exposed: contact lists and properties, survey folders, tickets, reports, NPS metrics, translations and the other management routes. This integration calls the United States data center (api.surveysparrow.com); accounts hosted in another data center (EU, AP, ME, UK, Sydney, CA) cannot use it. Authentication is a private app access token (Settings, Apps and Integrations, Create a Private App) sent as a bearer token.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in SurveySparrow.Built from the 13 SurveySparrow tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with SurveySparrow

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Survey, 4 operations

  • create_surveyCreate surveyPOSTCreates a survey of a given type with its name and optionally its folder, visibility, theme, language, welcome and thank-you screens and settings, and returns it with its id.
  • get_surveyGet surveyGETReturns one survey with its name, type, folder, archived flag and creation and update times.
  • list_surveysList surveysGETLists the account's surveys with id, name, type, folder and archived flag, optionally filtered by type, folder, archived state and creation or update dates.
  • update_surveyUpdate surveyPATCHUpdates a survey's name, theme, welcome text, thank-you screens, archived flag or settings.

Webhook, 3 operations

  • create_webhookCreate webhookPOSTCreates a webhook that calls a URL with a chosen HTTP method when an event happens on a survey (submission_completed by default), with optional custom headers and payload.
  • delete_webhookDelete webhookDELETEDeletes a webhook.
  • list_webhooksList webhooksGETLists the account's webhooks, optionally for one survey, with URL, event, object type, HTTP method, header names, payload settings and disabled flag.

Response, 2 operations

  • get_responseGet responseGETReturns one response of a survey with its answers, contact, channel, language and completion time.
  • list_responsesList responsesGETLists the responses of one survey with their answers, contact, channel, language and completion time, filtered by state and dates and ordered by start time, id or completion time.

Channel, 1 operation

  • create_channelCreate channelPOSTShares a survey through a new channel. EMAIL and SMS channels send it to real recipients (given contacts or contact lists): once in BLAST mode, after send_after_date or send_after_days if set, or on a schedule. LINK and OFFLINE only create a share.

Contact, 1 operation

  • create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreates a contact (or an employee) with name, email, phone and mobile numbers, job title, unique id and unsubscribe status, and returns it.

Email theme, 1 operation

  • list_email_themesList email themesGETLists the email themes available for survey emails, with id, name, public flag, properties and creation and update times.

Question, 1 operation

  • list_questionsList questionsGETLists the questions of a survey with their id, type, position, section, display logic flag and properties, optionally only those with a tag.

Use SurveySparrow from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect SurveySparrow in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its SurveySparrow operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect SurveySparrow

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect SurveySparrow once

Add your SurveySparrow connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
